What is 75 Hard?

  • Two daily 45-minute workouts (one completed outside—rain or shine).
  • No alcohol.
  • Stick to a diet.
  • Drink 1 gallon of water a day.
  • Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book a day.
  • Take a progress picture every day.

For 75 straight days… no breaks!

The kicker is, if I miss even one thing at any point, the program restarts from Day One. So yes, on Day 75, if I forget to take a single picture, I’m starting back at square one. Ouch.

Obviously, my goal is to not let that happen—to hit every requirement, every single day.

One thing I’m adding that isn’t part of the official 75 Hard rules: I’m taking a 75-day break from social media. So, if you’re reading this after 9:00 PM on September 4, 2025… I’ll see you in 75 days.

I’m ready to test myself during these next 75 days. My goals are simple: I want to be a better husband, father, friend, brother, and son. I want to build the mental toughness that Andy Frisella created this program for. And continue my journey of getting in better shape.

I’ll be updating the blog periodically throughout the 75 days. BUT—it won’t be posted on social media. So, for the tens of you who read this, you’ll have to come here to see what I’ve been posting. Consider this your VIP pass.

Let’s get it started. It all begins tomorrow.
